You always customize the pants I bought in your store. Can I order this online too?
Unfortunately we do not offer any customization for fit online. We really do prefer to see you personally in order to ensure the right fit for you.
Do you have other colors than black?
Yes, we do and you can find them in our boutique. Our selection online is limited to the best selling colours and fabrics. In our store, we carry many other options, often in limited editions as seen in our Boutique Exclusives Section.
Is the colour on the screen exactly what the garment will look like?
We do hope so and make every effort to ensure this. However, your computer settings may affect the outcome slightly.
The item I chose was available online but you replied it is out of stock.
It can occasionally happen the item was purchased in the boutique at the same time. We will always let you know when we expect to have the item available again.
